Getting Skinny Eating Plenty!

For those of us that like to eat until you full, but would like to have a healthy, low fat (even fat free potential) and lose fat? This is a great breakfast choice!  Here are two different ways to make a great breakfast, that is relatively fast and super good!

You will need:

Egg Whites 1/2 gallon size
Raw Spinach
Sliced fresh mushrooms
(any other veggie like onions, peppers) they hardly add any calories and no fat.. so add on if you like
Fresh cooked black beans (no salt)
Salvidorian Sour cream (in a bag from the latin american store)
Pace Salsa
American Cheese ( I used the veggie cheese which was good and less cals and fat but...its high in sodium
so I would just use a slice of real cheese its fine)
Turkey slices (thin cut)
Pam Cooking spray...

Fat free version:
1. In a small frying pan, spray pam in it and put your veggies in on Med-hi heat.(2 mins, no spinach)
2. with a larger frying pan preheating to Med-hi heat, spray pam in and pour in 6 tbs of egg whites, add spinach to your veggie mix at this time as well.
3. Let the egg whites cook til it looks solid.  Then Slide your veggie mix onto one side of you egg white omelette.
4.  Let egg whites toughen up well enough to fold without tearing. (takes some practice.)
5.  Slide omelette into your plate, put two table spoons of salsa on top..
BAM!!!  Fat free breakfast!!

For low-fat version:
1. Follow above steps 1-3
2.  After step three.. place 2 slices of thin turkey and 1 slice of american cheese
3.  Add 1/2 cup of black beans (precooked and heated for the meal)
4. 2 table spoons of Salvidorian Sour Cream on the beans.
5.  310 calories (with black coffee and 1 tbs of fat free International French vanilla creamer/ one truvia) 370 calories.

here is a great way to Getting Skinny by eating plenty!!
